Requirements
Passion for marketing and tech startup, eagerness to learn and grow exponentially in a fast-paced environment;
Outstanding problem-solving, project management, stakeholder management, communication, and progress management skills;
Flexibility to adapt to evolving market/industry trends and priorities of organization;
Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce/social commerce, digital marketing, campaign marketing, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, community building or similar. Prefer full-stack marketer with age range of 1994-1999;
Experience/track record in selling online or building your own online business is a big plus.
About the position
With the mission of speeding up the flows of goods in the economy through the use of cutting-edge technology and big data, PingGo aims to become the first social distribution platform in Vietnam, pioneering to help brands, manufacturers and distributors distribute their goods in a faster, more convenient and cost-effective way, through our Pingger community and Retailer network.
Who are Pinggers? Pinggers are part-time sellers such as office workers, stay-at-home moms, students, ...who consider selling online a part time job to earn some extra income. They mostly do marketing and customer support through their social media (facebook, tiktok, instagram, zalo,...) and social circles (family, friends, colleagues, neighbors,..), then prefer not to stock goods like Retailers.
Who are Retailers? Retailers are full-time sellers who consider selling online as their main job and main source of income. Retailers have their own community of consumers, and prefer to stock goods to maximize profit. Their sales channels could be e-commerce, social media and sometimes offline stores.
Category: Currently, we’re focusing on beauty and personal care products, and have plans to expand to other related categories in the future.
Responsibilities
In this role, you would be the right hand partner of CMO for Pingger development strategy and execution, aiming to build and leverage the Pingger community to achieve the company's goals.
Work directly with the CMO and marketing team to build up the Pingger in terms of quantity and quality;
Plan, manage and work with the team to implement campaigns, activities,...to attract and retain Pingger, as long as running big campaigns for brands/ distributors;
Manage the budget for Pingger development: allocate the budget to different campaigns with rationales, monitor the spending, and initiate budget optimization solutions;
Stay tuned for platform governance and collaborate with other teams (eg: Tech, Purchasing, Logistics,...) to ensure smooth and error-free customer experience for Pinggers;
Utilize analytics tools to monitor marketing activities performance and provide insights for optimization;
Conduct performance reports in a diligent and timely manner;
Other tasks as assigned by CMO.
